Ranger Derby is a wood car racing event where boys, leaders, and others build model cars from kits and race against each other on a multilane track, similar to the Pinewood Derby. We will start building cars on February 26th and work on them every Wednesday night through March 19th between 6:30-8PM. Friday, March 21st, we will set up the track and open up 'pit night' for anyone that wants to test and fine tune their cars. The official races will be held on Saturday, March 22nd with classes for various age groups and a 'best design' contest. Registration opens at 9AM and the races begin at 10AM sharp.
